Managing equipment in missionX

Track tools, vehicles, machinery and devices in the same place you run your projects. Register every unit once, book it onto projects, check it in and out from your phone and keep its maintenance, compliance and costs on one card. One less app to worry about, maintain and pay for.

Benefits

  • Ready to go out-of-the-box - add your equipment types and default rates and start adding units.
  • Book equipment onto projects from a single scheduling timeline. Overlapping bookings are refused, so a unit is never in two places at once.
  • Scan an equipment code with the missionX mobile app to check units in and out, record their condition with photos and report issues.
  • See utilization and revenue vs costs for every unit, based on its cost rate, bill rate and bookings.
  • Service intervals, calibration, maintenance requests and compliance flags keep unsafe or overdue units from being booked.

Where to find equipment

Equipment lives in the Organization workspace under the Equipment tab. Equipment managers see four sub-tabs:

Equipment is included free with every Pro and Enterprise subscription. Need more units or advanced workflows? Upgrade to Core or Scale.
