Horizon EU timesheet
The Horizon EU timesheet fills in the European Commission's model monthly timesheet for Horizon Europe grants, straight from the hours and leave already in missionX. It is built for organizations reporting time on EU-funded projects.
Adding the timesheet
- Drag Horizon EU timesheet from the Time group of the chart palette onto any dashboard, or
- Create a dashboard from the Horizon EU Grants template, which adds the timesheet with an intro block for your project acronym and grant number.
Filling it in
| Field | Description |
| Project | The grant project to report on. |
| Person | One person, or Everyone with hours for a sheet per person (up to 40). |
| Month | Starts on last month. Step through months with the arrows. |
| Grant details | Grant agreement number, project acronym and beneficiary (your organization's name to start with). |
Every choice is saved on the card, so the sheet is ready next month.
What the sheet shows
- A row per day with hours for each work package, plus other projects, other work and annual, sick and other leave. Weekends and public holidays are marked.
- Work packages are the project's top-level tasks in the Gantt. Hours on tasks outside a package are listed so you can move them.
- Total hours, the day-equivalent on the project and signature lines for the person and their supervisor.
- Submitted and approved hours and approved leave count. The card tells you how many hours are still waiting for approval.
Bright idea: Export the dashboard to PDF and each person's sheet lands on its own page, ready to sign.
The timesheet follows your access in missionX. If you can only see this project, other projects and work are left out; if you can only see your own leave, leave is left out. The card says so when that happens.
