Power AI dashboards

Power AI turns plain language into custom dashboards. Tell mAX what you want to see - utilization, project budgets, revenue, leave - and it assembles the charts from your own live missionX data. Drag in more charts, move and resize them, add notes and ask mAX for changes.

  • Your data, always live. Numbers come straight from timesheets, leave, budgets and project financials - no exports or spreadsheets.
  • Everyone sees only what they are allowed to see. The same dashboard shows each person their own view of the data.
  • Export any dashboard or chart to PDF or Excel, and email it on a schedule.

Where to find Power AI

Power AI is the Power AI tab in the Organization workspace, right after the overview. You can also get there from the Data Grid with Launch Power AI.

Every member of the organization can use Power AI. Dashboards are personal: only you see, edit, export and schedule the dashboards you create.

Turning Power AI on and off

Power AI is on by default. An organization admin can turn it off in the organization settings under Optional modules by unchecking Power AI. The tab is hidden, but every dashboard is kept and comes back when you turn it on again.

Heads up: Turning Power AI off does not cancel a paid Core or Scale subscription. Cancel it separately to stop being charged.

Every organization gets Power AI Free. Organization admins can upgrade to Core or Scale from the Power AI section of the subscriptions panel, billed monthly or annually. See pricing for current prices.

Text blocks are free and never count towards your chart limit. Every limit is a hard cap - nothing is ever billed as overage.

AI credits

Building and changing charts with mAX uses your mAX AI credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations per person, which is used first and resets at the end of the month. Viewing, refreshing, exporting and scheduled emails never use credits.

Bright idea: If you cancel Core or Scale, your dashboards stay. Past the Free limits you can still open them, you just can't add more. Exports and scheduled emails stop.
