By aligning projects to strategic goals you can quickly and easily follow and communicate progress, spending and resources allocated to key stakeholders like the CEO, the Board or investors.

It is also an incredibly powerful way to plan your yearly or quarterly initiatives and assign an owner for accountability.

Setup categories

Your goals can be organized into categories that make sense as overall company values or initiatives like "Transformation", "People and values", "Growth in EU", "Cost reduction Q3 2025" etc etc...

You can edit a goal, assign an owner and view the projects driving this goal forward.
